I'm Georgia. I help people make sense of the patterns keeping them stuck. Then, together, we figure out how you can take small, supported steps towards a life that you want.
I practise Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which is founded on the idea that understanding and challenging our thoughts and actions can create change. I believe real, sustainable change is possible, and that practising new ways of thinking and acting can loosen even long-held beliefs.
Our work is led by you, at a pace that feels comfortable. I believe my role is to find the balance between supporting and challenging you, and together we figure out how you can shift things in your life.
With small, supported steps.
Through curiosity rather than judgement, we'll explore what's going on for you together. We want to understand what you think, what you do, and how the two are connected.
With work that you do in between sessions. This work is designed by us, and tasks will have a purpose relating to the goals you set.
Repetition of new actions and thoughts is what can loosen a long-held belief.
I'm more flexible to meet online, but can also meet you in Glasgow city centre.

Often 8–16 sessions, but we review as we go and it depends on the nature of your problem.
Sort of. A crucial part of CBT is that you have work to do between sessions. But we design it together, and it's never something you dread.
